Re-produceable Broadcom 4360 driver crash on MacBook Retina 2016 12 inches (9,1) 8 GB RAM - 512 SSD

Have done the following steps to try and isolate this problem.

A - Reset NVRAM and Reset SMC

B - Erase and install macOS 10.12.4 of 10.12.5 and or 10.12.6 from Option + Command + R.

1 - setup to iCloud account.

2 - Wifi connection to home wifi Bell509ac - broadcasting auto a/b/g/n/ac channel 161 and country code Canada.

3 - close lid to sleep with wifi on

4 - open lid after 20 minutes sleep

5 - wifi connection re-established without delay

6 - check Console and find in Library / Logs CoreCapture Broadcom Driver crash with time stamp same time as wake time.

7 - Turn off wifi connection

8 - close lid - sleep 20 minutes

9 - open lid and turn on wifi

10 - wifi connection to Bell509ac established

11 - verify Console - NO Broadcom 4360 crash

12 - repeat steps 2 to 11 as above only connecting to Bell509 broadcasting auto a/b/g/n channel 2 and country code Canada

13 - NO Crash reports with wifi connection active and lid closed and sleeping.

Conclusion;

Broadcom 4360 driver crashes only when connected to ac channels and only with connection as active during sleep and wake periods.

Are there others experiencing same issue and is there a solution?
