So I have the first gen rMBP and I bought AppleCare when it came out in 2012.

Well I have 1 week left on AppleCare and there are some pretty noticeable dead pixels (on a dark screen) at eye level and its pretty annoying to be honest. I just been putting up with it, and using my Air for the most part to be honest.

I've tried a gently rubbing the area , also tried the stuck pixel videos, nothing has helped.

From what I can tell there isn't a ton of dead ones, but the ones that are are in REALLY crappy locations.

The location of the white (dead pixels) is really annoying when the screen is black its literally where my left eye go to by default.

Will Apple replace the screen? Since I still have AppleCare.
