Macbook screen cracked!

Ok, I found a white macbook on ebay for $199 everything works great but it has a broken screen. I also found a new screen for $40. Now is this a good deal and also how hard is it to replace the screen.

Found this tutorial by searching google, but it looks to be slightly difficult. If you get a $240 MacBook, that would be awesome.

wow that's a steal on both parts. was the screen on ebay as well?

I think that you could even get it done by a certified repair center. It might be worth the extra scrilla to get it done right by people that have done it before and have all the proper tools at their disposal. YMMV.
