Macbook screen problems

Hello Fellas, I just picked up this 2.4 Macbook Unibody on Tuesday, I cam across a slight screen problems that maybe you guys can help me with.

Depending on what I am doing, sometimes when something is loading, or its doing a task a White Strip on the right side flashes On and off really fast.

I have no idea what it might be. Here are some pictures to help.

Also, there are like 4-5 spots on top of screen that looks like a washed out dot, Not sure exactly how explain it.. so here is a picture.

I do have the Bestbuy AHD PSP warranty active..

Not new, got it off a friend.. still has ADH psp Warranty through bestbuy until April 3, 2012.
