Macbook screen protector

I just recently gotten my first Macbook and I love it (though i'm still learning all the different functions etc)!!! I was just wondering if you guys can recommend a good screen protector to prevent scratching etc (hopefully a transparent one). Actually, while you're at it, can you recommend a good case/sleeve?
