I've had my Macbook Pro 15-inch 2017 for only about 2-3 months, and today the screen started messing up (basically), in a way that I hadn't even experienced with my previous Macbook.

It seems to have this constant 'fogginess' or pale white tint, but it sometimes flickers back to normal only to then change to the foggy appearance after a very short while. Sometimes black marks flicker on-screen, and the screen also flickers when I type. I've tried googling and searching here for similar issues, but I haven't found one which seems to match (so I apologise if this has been addressed and my search skills are simply lacking).

It's very annoying since it's Christmas day tomorrow, and I'd rather get this sorted out now. I'm hoping it's a fixable problem from home instead of one I'm going to have to wait for an appointment to fix.

Thank you for any help.

Take to the genius bar at a brick-n-mortar Apple Store as soon as possible.
Make sure you bring the short video you posted above to show them, in case the MBPro doesn't misbehave when you go. (Sometimes that happens, very frustrating)

They'll either
- replace the display, or
- replace the entire laptop.
