I just got a all new MBP Retina 15 inch 2.3Ghz one. Im facing an issue. The macbook sleeps after few minutes.

I dont see any option to switch this off in ENERGY SAVING options panel too.
What could it be ?

What am I missing ?

I need the display to go off, but the macbook should not sleep.

Are you sure you're looking in the right place? In energy saver the only main options are for display sleep and computer sleep. Set display sleep for whenever you want the display to turn off then set computer sleep to never.

First do you have the right power source picked (battery vs power adapter) in energy saver? Under power adapter there's the choice "Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off", do you have it checked?
