Ok guys I know you must have been asked about this a million times and I have read a few threads about it myself, but I'd like to ask, once and for all, how to stop my macbook sleeping when i close the lid.
I know that I need to go into the terminal and I have searched the pmset options for the answer but NO LUCK!
PLEASE PLEASE could a macintosh mastermind tell me what to enter into the terminal if indeed that is he way to proceed.
Thankyou

I think you need to use a program to do that, but I'm not sure and I forgot which one. Also, you may want to rethink about doing that, because I heard using the laptop that way, the heat may damage the screen.
