I am looking to use my Bose iPod speakers as speakers for my macbook. Is there an adapter that I can but that will give me surround sound. I already checked and ther is no headphone input. Any sugestions would be appreciated.

idk but it's from between 2005-2006 but i've seen adapters I'm just wondering if they're surround sound.
