My macbook pro retina stuck at the apple logo and the progress bar stuck in the middle. And it shuts down suddenly.

I've tried to open it in safe mode but it didn't work. What should I do?

If i boot it using the CD, will it affect the files? Like it erased the files?

What boot CD? External CD/DVD drive? The Retina MBPs do not come with a built in CD/DVD drive. They do not come with boot CD's. I have heard of some people creating boot DVD's, but it is a tricky fit because installers are around 5 Gb. Usually people create a boot USB thumb drive on a 8 Gb drive.

Using an external boot device will not erase your files unless you use something like Disk Utility to erase the internal drive. Maybe you could provide a little more information about the boot CD?
Here is an Apple list of start up key combinations:

Try starting up in Recovery mode to see if that works.
