I have a MacBook Pro, this is what happened. I held down control S and used :rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone. Now my Mac wont boot up. It starts to but then it stays at the spin wheel with a grey screen. I can boot to Recovery but theres no Time Machine dates to go back to, I dont have the dvd/cd the OS comes in, and I dont have a good internet connection for an update either. How can I fix this? I was wondering if there was a way to copy my brothers MacBook volume and duplicate it on mine, and if this might be a solution. Data loss isnt an issue I have all my files backed up I just want to get it running again :(

additional info:
When i try to Verify my disk in Disk Utility these errors come up

Invalid leaf count
Invalid sibling link
The volume 'volume' was found corrupt and needs to be repaired.
Error: this disk needs to be repaired. Click repair disk

When I click repair disk these errors comeup

Invalid leaf count
Invalid sibling link
The volume 'volume' could not be repaired
Error: Disk Utility cant repair this disk... disk, and restore your backedup files

You need either a good internet connection - like at an Apple store - or a bootable volume on an external media.
