macbook superdrive problems

i attempted a search here and didn't find answers to my problem.. so here we go, the superdrive on my macbook won't take disc in; feels like something blocking it.

could use some advise on what it could be or how to fix it.

Try a reset of the SMC, and see if the blockage is cleared. If not, you'll likely need to bring the computer to an Apple Store or service provider to have the optical drive replaced.
