Macbook takes 1 minute to boot

My macbook (white, 2.2ghz, 2gb RAM) has now started taking about 1minute from power button to desktop. IT used to take about 30 seconds. I have tried unplugging peripherals, and I have chosen a startup disk. Any help?

do you have any applications that start on startup?

no, i do have warp running on login

If you are running Leopard it may take a bit longer to start up, at least I've noticed that my MB 2.16 used to start up in 20 seconds with Tiger and then it was about 40 seconds with Leopard.
