So i connected it through HDMI. There's no audio, which cable do i need to make it work? It has an "Audio In" port, which cable do i need to use that port?

Use a standard 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable. Go from your headphone jack on your MacBook to the audio input on the monitor.

Headphone jack to the Audio Input. Is there any settings i need to change?

Shouldn't be. MacBook - audio out (headphone) | Monitor - audio in (I don't think it has audio out). You might check volume and mute on your MacBook and then their may be a setting on the monitor for audio since it has built-in speakers.

The volume for the monitor is set to 100 already. Restarted a couple times. Tried to unplug and plug. Still nothing. :(

I know for sure it's not the monitor since it was used for a PS3 before.

Try listening to youtube or iTunes through headphones connected to the laptop, to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the headphone port
