Does buying "top case" on ebay means the whole processor and stuffs?

I plan to buy a top case with processors and all that still in there and putting my old screen in it (those on ebay costs just like 150 US $)

Are you sure top case actually means they include the guts?

Top case usually just means the shell with keyboard and trackpad, not the actual internals of the computer.
