MacBook unibody DVD Region Reset after it has been locked

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to reset my DVD drive, as its now locked. Apparently its been changed 5 times, (not that i remember doing it) but that is what has happened.

I read you can flash to a new firmware with a RPC-1 update. However am a bit confused as to which version to use.

Using DVD Info X it says:

Vendor: HL-DT-ST
Model: DVDRW GS21N
Firmware: SA15
RPC-2 (region locked)
state is PERMANENT
4 vendor resets left
0 region change left
Region 1

Can someone please point me in the right direction to update to a RPC-1 firmware for this particular model DVD drive?
