Macbook Unibody, Screw Won't Unscrew - Need help!

I have a unibody Macbook and I wanted to replace the hard drive.

The screw that holds that black bracket next to the hard drive won't turn and has been rounded off since I used the wrong screw driver. I now have the right screw driver, but I don't know how to get the old screw out.

Any ideas as to what to do? I don't want to drill it out.

Would they be able to solve the problem at a genius bar (even at a cost)?

Don't drill it out and never use the wrong tool on these things. The screws are super flimsy and strip easy. I don't even know why anyone would even think to use the wrong screwdriver when you can get the right one just about anywhere.

How to get it out? You may have to see if you can't cause some sort of notch to form so the phillips has something to grab.

It is good to have a tool for everything. This has saved my ass when I work on machines that have had the screws threaded by other places, or ibrokeit.com participants.
