Macbook Upgrade Hard Drive and Memory

Hi,

Some quick and easy questions:

I need to upgrade my Macbook's Hard Drive and Memory to the maximum possible. What kind of Hard Drive do I need to purchase, and the same for memory?...

Also, I'm based in the UK, and not sure who to purchase from.

I got some of this RAM from eBuyer the other week. It's 'Corsair Value Select' you can't argue with the price (although it does seem to have gone up a bit in the last week) and it works a treat.

You need a laptop (2.5" not 3.5") SATA harddrive.
