MacBook, upgrade RAM

i need to upgrade my MacBook's RAM, but don't want to pay the $200 from the apple store. i found this on walmart's website:http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=9855015, and i'm pretty sure it will work on my MacBook, but not sure.
i was also looking at this one: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0256690, i know this will work on a mac, but its more expensive as well... which should i get?
will the one from walmart work?

those articles helped somewhat i think...
i didn't really understand what they were saying, im assuming u know more about this kind of stuff than i do. if u click the links it tells u all the information about it, i think both will work in my MacBook, but want to be sure.

At Macsales.com [OWC] you can get a 2gig upgrade kit for $47.95... at Walmart its $59.00 [$29.98 x 2]... a 4gig upgrade is $95

At Macsales you KNOW you are getting the right parts... and oh yeah.. its $12.00 cheaper!
