Macbook used price? Need advice fast.

I can get a Macbook with the following specs for $420:

2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
120 GB HD
2GB DDR2 667 SDRAM
64MB of DDR2 SDRAM Intel GMA 950
SuperDrive

Good deal or no? I'm thinking once I examine the machine and if it's in good condition I can sell it and get a newer one. Any idea's on how much this would go for?

Sounds like a scam..

I just sold my Macbook for $860:

80gb hdd

I'm not too worried about it being a scam. I will pick it up locally and have the chance to look it over/test it out.
From the pic it looks like it's running leopard however I'm not sure what all it comes with just yet.

What should I be on the look out for? As in possible issues etc.
So depending on condition it seems like the resale value is quite good.
