Use the comparison chart. Simply put, the macbook pro's strongest advantage is it's graphical power (integrated versus dedicated). The other things are non-issues and pretty obvious.
 
Uhh there's no straight better or worse. The MBP's have better specs, but are more expensive. They're overkill for some. The MacBooks are great, light, but may not be enough power for some. It just depends on your needs. Come on. It's like asking if blue or red is a better color.
