So I am about to go to college for music and I was told that I would need a Mac so that I could run Finale which we would use in the music program. I had never considered a Mac before as I knew nothing about them. I am not overwhelmingly computer oriented so all the talk of RAM and specs goes over my head unless stated like it should be to talk to a 4 year old. But I am wondering: Which Mac should I choose, MB or MBP. I do some online gaming (WoW and Ultima Online) and I will also need it for general college things and music editing. SO assuming that I will upgrade the RAM myself....what should I get in my first Mac that would be an intelligent choice for me and my college experience?
