I am looking at a MacBook pro 17 early 2011 with water damage that doesn't turn on. Now t would have a voided warranty wondered if anyone knew how much apple would charge to fix. If its worth fixing?

Have you tried drying it out per the various instruction to be found in this forum?

If it still has warranty on it Apple might fix it for free as a courtesy 1 time. That is what they did to my macbook pro 13 mid 2010 last year. Worth a shot going to apple and just saying "hey my laptop won't turn on"
