Macbook weird problem! Please help.

Hi all.

Well i connect my white macbook to my LCD Tv. But my wireless signal drops if the macbook's lid is open but if i close it i get full signal again.

So i can't use my TV when doing video chat because i have to close the lid.

I can only use the mirrored option since i have to close the lid i cant i use my macbook's screen as a secondary screen

note: i use a mini dvi to dvi and dvi to hdmi for my connection
i have an airport express as my wifi device.

Have anyone had this issue. I think its weird. Please help.
