macbook white 2.1Ghz and hight temp using skype, youtube

Hi, I have white MB 2.1ghz (plastic) and I wonder if this is normal...
When i'm on video call on skype my temp jumps to 60-65 and fans start to spin at 3k rpms
is this normal? it only happens on skype or when i'm watching youtube videos..
please advise. my MB is only 6 months old

Yes, that's normal. 60-65 degrees is nothing to worry about and the fans are obviously working properly.

You may want to install iStat Menus. It's helpful in showing you the CPU utilization, temperature, fan speed, etc right in the menu bar.
