I have a Late 2006 Macbook White. I installed idisplay on my iPad and Macbook so I could mirror my macbook to my apple tv. However, now when I am not using Idisplay my macbook resolution is terrible. When I try to switch it back to 1280 X 800 (Which is was before) I get two huge black screens on the sides. I tried turning off display mirroring but then I loose all my icons (But the display is better) I think it switches to an extended monitor. (None is attached)

How do I get my screen resolution back to normal 1280 X 800 without the black bars?
