Macbook white screen of death and dead keyboard

Hello everyone, please help.

My Macbook got the white screen of death with the folder. I could not boot off the OS CDs because there is a DVD in the Mac and because the keyboard won't work it won't come out.

So my friend helped replace my hard drive yesterday and nothing changed Please can someone help?

Do you have a remote for your MacBook? If so, boot while holding the menu button. When the mouse cursor appears, you should be able to eject the disk by pressing the volume up button.
