MacBook Wifi incredibly slow.

Our home network works like this:

Apple Airport Extreme connected to PPC MacMini, Macbook, iPhone, Dell Laptop, Game consoles, Apple TV


The internet is incredibly fast on every computer BUT my moms macbook, however this was not always the case.

This just started happening after the genius bar replace the cracked keyboard part of the case.

Right now the internet is very very slow. Almost unusable.

I have googled this problem and found a few fixes all of which are a) incredibly dumb/unhelpful and B) do not apply to me (I do not have coconut on my computer)

What should I do about this extremely slow internet on ONLY the macbook

Mine is like that too and it just started doing the same thing a couple of days ago for no reason

I am pretty sure it is not a Mac OS update, since this only happened starting late sunday night (its wednesday now).

Is there any way the genius bar could have accidently made a mistake/caused a problem while replacing the keyboard.

there may be a possibility that they bumped the mainframe and maybe hit the wireless card...if you have apple care just take it back in and show them!
