If you purchase and install VMWare or Parallels Desktop, you can virtualize Windows from within OS X.

Please search, as a simple Google search would have given you the answer without human intervention.

i know i can search but i am talking about bootcamp... i made the partition and i want to know if everytime i want to change the os i need to shut down the computer

You HAVE to reboot, and hold down the option key during the boot to switch OS's with BootCamp.
