No - could see a similar design. No chance they have the power/battery/ etc of the rMBP with the fanless / thinness of the rMB.

Nope there is no way that design can take the heat of 28W processors. Could they take similar design features and add them to the rMBP?? Yes of course but it won't be that thin or fanless for years to come yet, it still needs space for ports etc as well.

3-4 years maybe but even then you won't want that paltry performance in your macbook you'll want the then current pro specs in the ultra thin light machine!!!
