Hi All,

would appreciate some help. My son has a MacBook 2015 model and until yesterday was working perfectly. Then when he booted up it loaded until you could see the background photo blurred out but the white loading line was still visible. We let this go on for 15 mins and then decided to reboot. Since then the loading line appears to go all away across but the apple logo remains on the screen and it won't go past that. The loading bar stays on the screen.

We have tried internet recovery and it starts with the world icon and goes through the process but then the apple logo and white line appear again and despite going all way across it hangs. We left it like this from 10PM last night to 6.30am this morning but no change.

Can anyone help / suggest what to do next?

thanks
Simon
