Macbook won't boot up, Fans start for 1 second then shuts off

Hi guys,

When I try to start my macbook, I can hear the fan starts for about 1 second and then it shuts down. I see battery light is full. I don't even see the Apple logo or anything.

Does anyone know what this may be or how to resolve the issue? Do you think my processor, hard drive or motherboard may be dead?

It may be the logic board, that is defect.

Have you tried any of these steps?

Startup problem

Did you try command+power button? if that still fails, go to the apple store
