I just noticed after having my macbook's logic board replaced it will no longer charge my battery of which I had already had replaced a few months back because it suddenly died one day. My current battery was working fine before the replacement so I'm not so sure its the battery.

What I'm most curious about is what would cause this to the more technically inclined people? ;) Reseting the pmu doesn't seem to work. Is there some kind of circuit on logic boards that handle battery recharging? Anyone else here having similar troubles? was it just the battery or did they have to replace the logic board too?

could it be the charger (faulty connection)?

If you are getting AC successfully delivered to the computer, my guess would be the battery. Still, get thee to an Apple store.

doh my fault I forgot about the little reset button the battery. Once i hit that it started working again. although it's working I'll be keeping an eye on it with coconut battery for awhile to see if anymore weirdness pops up.
