I've had my macbook pro since December, its a Mac OS X version 10.6.7. Last night I plugged in the charger, nothing happened. Today I plugged in my ipod cord, again nothing. I tried restarting the computer a couple of times, and again nothing. I don't know much about computers but I am pretty angry that Its already causing issues. I bought a mac specifically to avoid these kinds of issues. Please help! Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I'd like to add that I tried the ipod USB on another machine, and it worked. I also tried resetting the SMC, and nothing. My computer has been heating up a lot during the last few days so I thought it might be a good idea but the computer still doesn't recognize the cord.
