Sounds like it could be a RAM issue. Have you recently made any changes to your RAM? Or have you done anything that could cause the RAM to become loose? (Dropping it, slamming it, etc.)

What should be done then?
 
Well it would help to know if you have done any of the above (made any RAM modifications, dropped your laptop, etc.) if not, you can try Resetting the SMC, that usually does the trick. Try This and report back.
