Macbook would turn on all the time! Help!

I'm not sure how long this issue has been going on for me, but it has been a few months probably.
Well what happens is whenever I close the lid and make it go to sleep mode, it would keep turning on! Its strange. I would always here that sound when you turn on the computer or wake up the computer. I also would see the apple logo glow, then it would go into sleep mode again. If anyone else has the issue and fixed it, please let me know.

This also happens to me when I go sleep without closing the lid. It would just turn on without even touching it.
