I have a new Macbookair2020. My retina screen is broken without any reason. Apple does not give garanty. So I Have let installed en new retina screen for EUR 650,-- by an Apple professional. The new screen also crack in screen/glas when I installed an harde case tot protect the computer. I placed the hard case with a lot of care and with great causion but despite this the new screen alsa have a crack. In my opinion the Macbookair 2020 is not ready for normal use. Any other experience with the screen?

Was your screen broken first time also because of the hard case ? I have used Spec case for pro 13 without any problems.
that doesn't seem right to me. it sounds like the screen may have been defective to begin with and they wouldn't cover it? I'd pursue it further.
