Ok guys, this is messed up, I've had my MacBook for 2 weeks, And on the Lid(Where The Apple Logo Is), It looks likes its been attacked by a wild pack of stray cats, I dunno what happend, But it is scratched to hell!, I like keeping care of my stuff, and My dad bought me this for my 16th birthday, And he told me to keep care of it, If he see's the Lid, Hes gonna go MAD!,

Pleasssse How can i remove Scratches, And Finger Prints.. Help is appreceited.

I cant show you but, its pretty bad.. Its just little scratches, But there all over the place, Its really annoying me, how can i remove them?

are both popular options for ipods and plastic macbooks. however, i have no personal experience with either. if you have the aluminum macbook, disregard these suggestions.

Or get the same size bottle of plastic polish from your local hardware store for a fraction of the price.

If you're feeling brave then rub the scratches out with fine grade wet and dry paper, starting at 800 grit going down gradually to 1500 grit then work in the polish until nice and shiny.

If the OP has the aluminum MB that would be a bad idea. If these aren't actually scratched, just use water or some kind of cleaner. I use monster but it doesn't really matter what you use.
