MacbookPro 2013, upgrade to Catalina?

Do you recommend upgrade to Catalina? See the screenshot please.
Still loving my 2013 MBP.

note: I'd always erase the hd and make a fresh install, I never do upgrades on systems over other systems. Fresh install are mandatory to me, but well that's not the original question here.

My MacbookPro is older and running 10.15.3 without problems.
Btw.: I never did a fresh install.
