My MacbookPro, almost 12 months old, has in the past 3 months shut down and restarted, at random times for about 5-10 seconds then running as normal. However it has become more frequent recently and there is not error message or anything. I'm concerned that I might need to completely restore my laptop. Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
