Hi..I’d bought the MacBook Pro Touchbar 13” 2016 model.. in April 2017.. it was working fine until last week when all of a sudden the screen started flickering excessively making nothing on the screen visible and became purplish in color ..only when it is opened after a certain angle..also there are some vertical bars 2-3 inches wide across the screen..all this happened while I was using the laptop and had closed the lid and opened it again after 2mins..I have been using the laptop very cautiously and I am a light user..the laptop was safe from any drop, hit or pressure.. I called the helpline no.and they sidelined all possible software issues..I took it to the service centre and they are saying there is some display problem and it needs to be changed completely.. I want to know whether it is eligible under the Apple display replacement program which the service centre denies without any reason..this is like a complete failure of display from a usablility point and I don’t understand why it should not be eligible for Apple display replacement program..Pls help
