I have a Late 2007 MacBookPro3,1, and I need to know if i have to use 200-pin RAM, because i can't find any 200-pin RAM Modules that have speeds faster than 800MHz. If anybody can find one, I would like to know.

Yes, the 2007 MBP uses 200-pin DDR2 RAM, and as the MBP only uses 667MHz modules, and the chipset too, you don't need faster modules, as they won't run at their speed, but at the speed the MBP determines.
