MacBook's Read/Write/Permissions not right

Hello People
A Couple of days ago i opened itunes and it said "Cannot Create Library File or something. Skype said it cannot create a lock.pid file. worst of all, I can't Download or move things around anymore. every time i try, it says i don't have permission. I already repaired permissions and I tried to get OnYx but I CANT DOWNLOAD!
PLEASE HELP it's 1st gen macbook with 10.4.11 :(
