It works if thats what your asking, and its the most popular piece of software to do what you want. I used to use it, but i now have Windows 7, and it doesn't work on Windows 7 
No...let me rephrase that, it does work on Windows 7, but the developers are too lazy add Windows 7 to the installer decompressor's list of supported Operating Systems, so it thinks your trying to install it on an unsupported operating system like Windows 95.
