MacFUSE Alternative for Mountain Lion

I've been having great difficulty getting MacFUSE to work with Mountain Lion. The project is dead, though it appears there is some activity among folk who are trying to keep it alive.

Has anyone had any luck getting MacFUSE to work with Mountain Lion?

Is there any alternatives?

EDIT: I hadn't even realised I had been using OS X FUSE on Lion, I stupidly installed MacFUSE instead of OS X FUSE.

Problem solved.
