Machine Sluggish?....

Its a Macbook 2.0ghz 1gb ram (one before santa clause rosa)

Overall..if im using Word, iTunes, MSN, Safari..it just slows right down and takes a while to do things...

What should I try first

1) Back Up Documents....Clean Install of OS

2) Upgrade to 2GB ram?

3) Both?

Look in your activity monitor >system memory,your page outs,should be alot less than your page in's ( cant remember by how much )

Definitely add more memory. 2gb should be enough for most tasks.
