Quick MacIntel - AOpen with DVI display connector, Pentium M, 1GB memory, 64mb video memory, combo drive, bluetooth adapter. Stick on top of your Mac mini with BT keyboard and mouse, add monitor switch and your ready to go. The mini would run all Mac software, connect to internet,etc. Switch to the Intel for all your Windows software (Mac switchers). No security problems because only the Mac would be on-line. Now that is really Heresy (ie: opinion at odds with what is generally accepred).
