Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help me out here...
I have an old Mac Classic that I am trying to reboot. I used to use it when I was a kid, so I am trying to get it to open some of the old games I had on it.
I can get the computer to turn on with the "system startup" disc that came with it, but I am getting a message every time I click on anything saying it cannot read it or something. The main problem I have is that it says it can find the old HD we used, but I cannot find a way to get that Hard Drive to appear on the desktop. I was able to do it once.. and then I managed to screw up and had to restart it.. and then lost the HD from the desktop and have since been unable to make it return.
If anyone can help.. I would REALLY appreciate it.. I am completely computer illiterate, especially on computers this old! :)

Try holding down command-option-p-r while the computer boots. Might work.
