Ok, so I would really like to have a Macintosh HD shortcut on the desktop, and when I try to drag it from the finder onto the desktop it looks like it is about to create an icon, but when i let go of the mouse it disappears. Any ideas? I know it's probably a silly question, but that's what this section is for, right?
