Macintosh keeps shutting down?

For some strange reason, my Mac keeps shutting itself down when I'm doing things on it. Like, for example: running MSN, iTunes and Firefox.

I don't think it's the fan, I cleaned that. Also it's not a disk problem.

Speaking of the fan, it keeps making this odd churning noise? Don't know what's going on there.
